Gas pressure regulators can be divided into direct acting and indirect acting. The indirect acting regulator relies on changes in the outlet pressure experienced by the sensitive component (film) to regulate the degree of opening of the valve.
The change in the outlet pressure of the indirect acting regulator causes the operating mechanism (such as the pilot) to operate, and the energy source (which can be an external energy source or a medium to be adjusted) can be changed to change the opening degree of the regulating valve. The regulator can also be divided into a regulator for field and station voltage regulators, a voltage regulator for network voltage regulators, a voltage regulator for dedicated voltage regulation, and for users according to the purpose or object of use. According to the structure, the inlet and outlet pressures of the float type and the membrane type regulator can be divided into high pressure, high medium pressure, high and low pressure, medium and medium pressure, medium and low pressure and low and low pressure regulators.
