1. The breathing hole of the upper cover of the pressure reducing valve is used to adjust the amount of air to ensure that the pressure reducing valve acts as a step-down and voltage regulator, and cannot be blocked. In the past, many users did not understand the above-mentioned effects of the breathing hole, which made the pressure reducing valve dirty and unwilling to clean. Some people did not pay attention when cleaning the pressure reducing valve with a cloth, often the upper valve cover was clean. However, the breathing hole was clogged with debris during the wiping process to cause an accident. Therefore, during the cleaning process, if the breathing hole is found to be clogged, it can be carefully penetrated with a fine iron wire, but it is prevented from puncturing or damaging the rubber film in the pressure reducing valve.
2. If the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder and position are not in compliance with the requirements, it is possible to make the liquefied petroleum gas flow into the pressure reducing valve, causing the rubber sealing ring to dissolve and expand, so that the air inlet gap becomes small or blocked, which affects normal use. In addition, the rubber sealing ring is a wearing part. After long-term use, it will cause pits and dents due to the corrosive action of the liquefied petroleum gas, causing air leakage. Therefore, it should be checked regularly.
3. The aging of the rubber film of the pressure reducing valve is a common cause of air leakage. It is understood that many users in order to use the bottom of the bottle to put the cylinder upside down, use hot water or fire to heat the gas cylinder, etc., so that the bottom of the gas bottle bottom residue into the pressure relief valve cavity, after a long time, the diaphragm is aging leakage. For safety reasons, these practices are not allowed.
In addition, if the fixed mother wire of the pressure reducing valve is loose, or the edge of the rubber film is crushed when the mother wire is tightened to fasten the upper and lower valve covers, air leakage may also occur. In particular, if the rubber film locking device of the pressure reducing valve is detached or the rubber film is broken, an explosion accident may occur due to high pressure gas supply.
4. The structure of the pressure reducing valve is relatively strict. The products are carefully assembled and assembled before being shipped out of the factory and are manufactured after strict inspection. Therefore, the connecting screws and adjusting parts do not allow the user to disassemble or tamper with the arbitrarily, so as not to reduce the pressure reducing valve. The sealing performance and the pressure-reducing and stabilizing performances must prevent the fire caused by the high-pressure direct air supply caused by the disassembly damage.
