1 using low impedance valve
Minimize the flow of fluid through the valve and reduce energy consumption. When the ball valve is used, if the diameter of the core hole and the pipe are the same in the fully open state, the power consumption of the compressor, the pump, and the like can be saved. Compared to some conventional valves, the cam flexure valve has a larger capacity to adjust the same flow rate with a smaller differential pressure to reduce energy consumption. Valves with a variety of trim configurations, such as low S-value gas regulators, can save energy.

2 improve the sealing performance of the valve core and valve seat
The sealing performance of the valve core and the valve seat is not good, the valve cannot be completely closed, and the pressure drop caused by the leakage causes power loss. In order to improve the sealing property, a material such as polytetrafluoroethylene or graphite mixed with glass fiber may be used instead of the pure four-tone ethylene to form a valve seat, a high-hardness sealing gasket, a labyrinth sealing surface, and the like. Also protect the sealing surface from damage.
3 use electric actuators as much as possible
Pneumatic actuators must always maintain a certain air pressure to operate. In this way, a lot of energy is consumed in one year. If an electric actuator is used, it is only necessary to supply power when the opening is changed. When the valve reaches the required opening degree, the power supply is stopped. Although the electric actuator has a high construction price and poor explosion-proof performance, it has obvious advantages from the viewpoint of energy saving.
